工作职责：
We are seeking experienced software developers to join our Research & Development team. 

The position will involve developing proprietary analytical platforms used by analysts, traders and portfolio managers or developing custom, reusable controls and modules, as well as contributing to our intranet and extranet reporting applications. 

The applicant must be a self-directed and strongly interested in finance industry, experienced developer who is able to participate in the development process from the specification stage through design and implementation. Good communication skills and an interest in finance are required.

职位要求：
1.Minimum 1 year of object-oriented development experience, .Net is preferred (ASP.NET or  C#.NET)
2.Ability to develop Web pages which conform to current standards , ie.XHTML , standards-compliant CSS, etc
3.Web Reporting or Charting experience is a plus
4.SQL Server experience is a plus
5..Bachelors degree, preferably in science, engineering or related field
6.Detail-oriented, motivated, good communication and teamwork skills
7.Strong verbal and written communication skills in English or Japanese((English or Japanese language required))
