工作内容：

Roles and Responsibilities: 
Develop a sound understanding of Company’s product capabilities. 
Development of detail gap analysis for every project. 
Preparation and execution of test plans. 
Preparation and maintenance of project test logs. 
Preparation and system set up of customers. 
EDI system support (as required) for customers. 
Monitor production and test systems for transaction failures. 
Research, troubleshoot, resolve and/or escalate EDI problems as required.



职位要求：

Job Specific Requirement: 
EDI data format experience (3-4 years). 
EDI mapping experience (a plus). 
EDI knowledge: EDIFACT, ANSI, XML. 
MS Desktop Applications; MS Excel, MS Word, MS Outlook. 
Working Knowledge of SQL. 
Detail oriented.  Results driven. 
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
Ability to communicate effectively with inter-departments colleagues. 
Ability to work directly with customers. 
Ability to work effectively under pressure and according to tight schedules. 
Ability to multi-task.  
Fluent in English. 
Education 
Bachelor Degree in IT (or significant EDI work experience).
