职 责： 
General Job description: 
-Maintain good quality level for delivered goods according to given standards. 
-Essentiality is to have relevant QC inspection experience 
-Need to be able to communicate in spoken English and capable of making English report. 
-Dynamic personality, willing to work according to our company's standards. 
-This position is as factory QC, and daily work will be ONLY inside factories, nearly no office work. 
- Giving suggestion to improve quality specifications (construction, execution finishing, packaging etc.) for the furniture. 
-Instruct and coach QC people in the field. 
- Quality standards reporting to the country manager (or his assistant). 
- Checking finished products according the productspecifications and standards. 
-Team work spirit, but able to work independently and take decisions. 
-We are not searching for persons who expect to become manager or other development space. 

职位要求： 
Requirements: 
- At least 1 year active working experience with quality checking within the furniture-industry or wood-industry; 
- Excellent English, both written and oral; 
-Experience in leadership; 
- High level of commitment, motivation; 
- Dedicated; 
- Good eye for detail; 
- Must be willing to travel. 
- willing to work in flexible working-schedule, no fixed working hours
