职位描述：
MAJOR AREA OF ACCOUNTABILITYY / 主要职责范围
构建标准的培训资料和更新规则，构建汽车行业的培训模型Establish standard training materials and update regularly, build up material archive for automobile models. 
构建汽车行业培训程序和执行针对代理商和客户的培训计划Build up training program for automobile market and implement training plan for distributors and customers. 
构建和管理汽车行业的零件安全库存，更新坦能中国的安全库存清单Establish and manage safe stock for automobile machines; Tennant China safety stock list update.
维修技术支持，和汽车行业团队一起工作提供技术支持给我们的汽车行业Service technical support. Work closely with automobile team to give service and technology support to automobile market; 
建立标准的汽车行业客户反馈系统Set up standard respond system for emergency service call for automobile customer. 
维修管理，管理和评估代理的实际维修能力Service management; Manage and evaluate service capacity of distributors. 
针对代理及直接维修人员维修技能培训Service skill training to distributor service rep and direct service.
保修期零件的返回检测与报告Warranty return parts testing and reporting.

任职要求：
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS /资格要求
在机械方面的过硬能力Strong mechanical aptitude.
在机械系统，液压，电气系统和发动机故障排查和维修方面知识和技能Technically knowledgeable and skilled in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines.
能安全使用手动和电动工具，设备和故障排查工具Ability to safely use hand and power shop tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices.
能理解并填写与维修有关的文件和书面工作Ability to understand and fill out service-related documents and paperwork.
能理解并管理维修工作内的费用Ability to understand and manage expenses within his/her service operation.
良好的口头表达能力Good verbal communication skills.
理解客户维修的价值Understand customer service values.
基本的库存管理能力Basic inventory management skills.
对事物良好的估计能力Good estimating skills.
能够安排符合实际的计划并用来有效的管理和安排所辖区域的维修工作Ability to lay out realistic plans and use them to effectively manage their service territory, scheduling service work.
良好的组织能力Good organization skills.
1. COMPETENCIES 资格
高中毕业或同等能力High school diploma or equivalent.
有效的驾驶执照并满足坦能公司驾驶政策的要求Valid driver license plus meet Tennant Company driving policy requirements.
独立工作的能力Demonstrated ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision.
在维修领域与客户直接接触的五年工作经验Five years of experience working in direct contact with customers on servicerelated activities.
两年的坦能公司区域维修代表经验Two years of experience as a Tennant Company Field Service Representative.
或者两年机械、电气和液压设备方面故障排查和维修的技校培训经验，并且具有两年的移动设备维修经验（叉车，小引擎设备维修，建筑设备或汽车等）OR Two years of technical school training in troubleshooting and repair of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment, plus two years of experience repairing mobile equipment (forklifts, small engine repair, construction equipment, or automobiles).
或者4 年的汽车设备维修经验。维修经验要求能够诊断并检测使用过的汽车设备故障，允许设备损耗因素存在。
OR Four years of experience repairing mobile equipment. Repair experience is defined as diagnosing and troubleshooting problems on mobile equipment that has been used, allowing for the “wear”factors on equipment.
