职位描述:

Responsibilities:
1.Approval or Rejection of handover package / PPT process, ensuring sign off documents received from Commercialization team are correct and completed, also factory can produce and make production to the SOP. Ensuring finished product matches the signed approved sample.
2.Ensure factory are pererrorforming Laboratory testing against our CBI pererrorformance standards and checking Lab test results from daily production are conducted and approved, and signed off by the factory.
3.Improving SOP's, ensuring work instruction are available for operators to work too and for process control to check against. Looking to introduce long term best practices.

Requirements:
1.Minimum 3 years of work experience in footwear industry (commercialization, quality assurance).
2.Production Experience in vulcanized shoes.
3.Attention to details and analytical skill.
4.High Integrity, motivated with strong creative, organizational and planning skills.
5.Excellent communication skills.
6.Good command of English language. Mandarin will be an advantage.
7.Proficient computer skill.
