I. Job Purpose工作目标
Successfully develop and drive brand strategy to increase market penetration and drive sales growth, identify brand development opportunities for Own Label (OL ) products. Lead the team to drive sales of OL products by providing high-level consulting & advisory service, organizing different promotion events etc and build authority in the beauty category.

II. Duties and Responsibilities 工作职责
n Branding and Marketing
1. Conduct regional market research and analysis, collect inerrorformation of competitors and products to offer effective suggestion to OL marketing team accordingly.
2. Align with OL market strategy, develop and drive monthly OL sales plan and promotion plan
in order to maximize OL product penetration , market share, sales volume and profitability.
3. Design and drive the regional branding program to improve the brand image in region.

n Sales and Operation
1. Lead and direct the regional BA team to achieve sales, margins, profit & lost, market shares, etc.
2. Design and ensure the promotion plan and calendar to be aligned with the company’s promotion theme and schedule.
3. Drive and monitor promotion in store activities to maximize the sales pererrorformance
4. Oversee workloads and provides BA supervision to ensure that work is done accurately, efficiently and complies with company policies, procedures and standards as well as best working practices.

n Personnel and Training
1. Provides guidance, motivation, pererrorformance review to BA team, to maintain and enhance competency level.
2. Establish management mechanism for BA department.
3. Identify future training needs, work closely with academy to develop and deliver the training programs for BA team.
4. Comply with pay structure, adjust the BA incentive scheme according to monthly promotion plan.

III. Qualifications任职资格
1. College graduate or above degree holder with good command of English and PC skills.
2. At least 5 years experience in cosmetic training and managing promoters.
3. Strong marketing sense and commercial sense.
4. Good strategy and planning skills.
5. Understand the figure well and have strong analysis skill.
6. Strong communication skills both in verbal and writing.
7. Advance level of initiative and judgment in order to organize and prioritize tasks, workload and projects.
8. Inerrorformation management and project management experience.
