Position Deerrorscription:
The EHSS Manager assists with the implementation of core Environmental, Health, Safety and Security issues for assigned operations. Trains, monitors and coaches team members to improve skill levels for managing EHSS initiatives. Leads efforts to ensure adherence to corporate principles, policies and standards to improve environmental, health, safety, and security and processes in a reliable and cost effective manner.
*Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, chemistry, environmental safety engineering or the equivalent required. Working knowledge of GB codes related to Environmental Protection, Safety, Emergency response & security, working knowledge of national & local regulations associated with facility and employee safety and security. Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Five years related experience with multinational company experience is preferred. Demonstrated proficiency in thinking creatively, problem identification and resolution and project planning and implementation. Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast paced environment. Must demonstrate excellent communication skills (verbal, presentation and listening) to interact with senior management and colleagues regarding complex issues. Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate, effective, complete and easily understood written communications and reports. Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities
