ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Seek competitive bids for services, tooling, prototype components, and supplies to support material localization according to ISO/TS 16949 standard.
2. Responsible for blanket PO maintain,
3. Maintain material localization schedule and ensure schedule is met.
4. Cost-saving plan implementation through localization and price down with current supplier
5. Maintains ARC-china approved supplier list when localized parts are added.
6. Responsible for entering purchase orders, establishing good solid relationships with supply base.
7. Co-ordinate with QA & ENG on supplier related issues.
8. Supports R & D development activities, support new products come to market timely
9. Pererrorforms other job-related duties as assigned.


MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor's degree in related field and at least 3 years purchasing experience is required.
Working experience in multi-national companies is preferred.
Good negotiation skills and cost conscious.
Good at Microsoft office software package and fluent written and verbal English skills.
