Explore potential local suppliers in Asia-Pacific area in the field of DC/AC motors and castings, stamping parts, mould injection parts, bearing, etc. Work with at least 10 qualified domestic vendors to supply US plants with complete motors and components.
Analyze from every related aspect to gain most preferential cost, e.g. cost of material, manufacturing process, delivery, etc.
Implement suppliers’ performance assessment and provide suppliers management report. Conduct suppliers’ manufacture according to approved process. Foreseeing and solving the difficulties & critical issues with the suppliers.
Set annual goal for myself to reduce 15% of purchasing cost.
