专业要求:人力资源管理
1、制定公司人力资源整体战略规划;
Set up the strategic human resources development plan for the company;
2、起草、修改和完善人力资源相关管理制度和工作流程;
Draft out, modify and optimize the human resources related management rules and working processes;
3、监督执行各部门绩效考核,并不断完善绩效管理体系;
Monitor the execution of the performance evaluation for all departments, and optimize the performance evaluation system continuously;
4、负责薪酬设计开发管理,为薪酬决策提供支持;
Be responsible for the design of the C&B management, and provide the necessary support for the superior management;
5、制定招聘计划和程序,开展招聘工作,实施人才发展储备计划;
Establish recruitment plan and procedure, and carry out the talent pool plan;
6、制定培训计划,实施培训方案,组织完成培训工作和培训后的情况跟踪,完善培训体系;
Establish training plan and training implementation plan, lead and organize all the training and post-training evaluation, optimize the training development system;
7、进行员工关系和劳动纪律管理,完善用工制度;
Manage people relationship and labor discipline actively, and optimize people development policy;
8、规划安排员工活动,协助推动公司理念及企业文化的形成。
Plan the team building activities, cooperate to establish the cooperation theory and concept and cooperation culture.
