1如何成为我们的一员？
首先将你的中英文简历和一份英语录音（内容可以是某个话题，一定要自己的，请不要照书念。），最好把您的平时的空余时间也写下来，便于我们联系你而不会打扰你，一起发到这个邮箱 
我们的工作人员接收到你的简历后会及时备案，安排适当时间与您视频面见的。
2 您需要准备的设备有？
一台电脑、摄像头、耳麦、稳定的宽带。QQ和skype 聊天软件 确保这些都没问题才可以正常上课的。
3 对老师的要求
老师对待工作一定要认真、负责、一定不要混时间上课，我们要有德行，这是最重要的。
老师得对于本专业的基础的东西要熟练、扎实；老师的电脑操作要娴熟（主要是强调打字沟通）。
4 授课流程

公司负责招生——给老师分配学生——老师通过QQ或SKYPE与学生进行时视频或音频授课
老师讲完课，第一时间把授课的日期，例如:发给客服（客服：dave QQ: 1012669818）,我们会通过网上银行或银行转账的方式给您汇款（最好是有网上银行，如果只能用银行转账，这里需在你的工资内扣除汇款手续费。）

5 公司凭什么保证及时发薪水？凭什么保证我们教练不会白干活？
请老师们放心，白干活这种事情我们是不会做的。首先，我们没必要因小失大的麻烦，其次，公司的发展壮大与各位老师的支持是密不可分的。
老师的薪水，当老师与学生授完课后，前几次如果对我们不信任，我们会每课一结算的，打到你给我们的网上账号里。当然，你我都会很麻烦，如果你觉得我们双方的信誉度可以了，为了比一次次汇款方便我们可以十次课程一结算，当然是在争取老师的同意后我们执行的。

6 老师的薪水是10-30元/时不等，薪水的高低与学员选择课程的难度成正比。

1.What's the salary?
The salary is 10 to 25yuan/hour, ranges from level to level. Because our career now is just at the beginning. I pay more attention to the further development in the future. At the beginning, we should pay more attention to advertisement and marketing competition. Gradually, our salary of course will be increased as the group develop faster and faster. But one thing is sure that the salary will not be too high, as we know teaching online seem to be easier, lots of websites and softwares can be adopted. As i pay more attention to our teamwork and development of this big group, so i will not disappoint our members. We can feel and witness our great progress and success in the future.
2.How can we make sure we can get the related salary?

3.Application to be one of this group
a. pls send an english introduction and a chinese resume to1012669818@qq.com attached with a record: your topic is: what's the importance of oral-english, how do you think the China's language education within school? How to be a responsible, flexible and creative online teacher?
b.after receiving your email, i will try my best to reply to you after hearing your records. And try to notice you a time to know each other through camera. You pls prepare a camera and an earphone. We will have a online talikng around 30 to 60 minutes focus on free communicating and you can also raise whatever questions you have towards this group.
c.after being recruited, pls wait and prepare yourself with constant english learning. I will try to arrange students to you within one or two month. And if you like, your students will be more and more.
attention: i will tell you the student' name each time, and you should have a trial course for him/her for free. And if the student likes you, you can negotiate with the student about the time to have a course. So you are yourself's boss. What you need to do is to inform me a short message each time after having course with students for example: Marry, 1st Jan 8 to 9pm, in order that i can keep records of your times of courses and the students.
4. How to teach?
Our slogan: to be creative, flexible and responsible. Though we are teaching online, there is no difference from teaching within school. We are teachers, the most important thing is to be responsible, patient and careful.
As we know language is just a communication tool, we should focus on encouraging students' interests and courage to open their mouths and enjoy in losing face. Therefore, the teaching should be flexible related to talking everything in daily life. The shortcut to be better on oral-englihs is to talk every day. Constant practise can make things perfect.

Some fixed books, for example: new concept, are just a complementary part of your teaching but should not be all. You had better focus on free talking at least for half of the course.
5.my teaching method for your reference:
1. presentation of your today(encourage your students to speak out without stops, you should let them know that you greatly welcome mistakes, because more mistakes they make, the less opportunities they will make once for the next time)-i will give them my suggestion and correct some sentences for them.
2. communicate some daily life topics whatever you want to with your students to encourage your students to open their mouth and speak out courageously.
3. let them see cartoons or flashes onlie within the websited above, i just gave them around 10 minutes to see each flash, and you should control the time and the content of the flash according to your students' level. After 10 minutes, you asked him/her to retell the story in her/his own words. Then you correct for them and give out suggestions.
4. I will teach the students words of new concept and ask them to retell for the passage. I will check the retell in the next course.
6. Problems during teaching
I have mentioned we are a whole group, if you have any questions or problems you can try to find answers by sending questions in QQ group. But if something really tiny and small, pls try to be independent. You are a teacher but a child. You are yourself's boss, and i am in charge for financial things. In fact, i am very busy everyday dealing with my students, teachers and development for our future. So pls try your best to find out the answers through Baidu or whatever. The question you give me should be really difficult. Some teachers will always ask me online: why my student is late today, my student always cannot have course in time, she or he didn't make any response during course......dear teachers: i am busy too, i need your consideration and support too. Those questions you really can deal them successfully by yourself. If she or he was late you can send message through telephone or you can call them directly. And before having courses, you can tell them you are very busy, you hope them to have course on time. And if one or two of your students will be always late or absent, you should have a talk with her/him whether they could continue their courses. Sometimes, you should be patiently and politely to solve those problems. But if a student did the same even after five times, you can talk with me for the solutions. What i mean here is not telling you not to bother me but i just emphasize the question should be of real difficulties.
