Role and responsibilities: <br>Responsible for the delivery of all operational services to the customer according to the Service Level Agreement and ensuring that delivery costs are within or better than the delivery costs contracted. Act and be recognized by the customer as a single point of contact for tactical operational issues. Manages delivery teams, recruits, hires, and develops the skills necessary either directly or through a matrix organization. Ensures customer satisfaction through the efficient and effective delivery of contracted services to the customer. <br>1.Proactively advises the customer's IT Management (i.e. "trusted advisor") through service analysis. <br>2.Monitors service level performance and addresses customer satisfaction gaps and issues in service delivery. <br>3.Prepares for account reviews, and supports Client Manager by leading discussions related to operational activities. <br>4.Proactively detects problems that could affect the service delivery. <br>5.Manages service demand and propose service improvements. <br>6.Manages all on-site resources (transition and change management). <br><br>Requirements <br>1.Minimum Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, MIS or related field plus five years directly related experience. <br> 2.Recognized technical expert and has in-depth knowledge of multiple technologies. <br> 3.Recognized as a leader with a track record of excellence in operations optimization, IT production and value creation. <br> 4.Good communication skill and customer presentation capability. <br> 5.Systematic thinking and problem solving by good data analysis. <br>6.Seeking for new challenge, and good team player. <br> <br>工作职责:负责根据SLA向客户交付全方位的运营服务,同时在预算内控制运营成本。作为客户方的单一接口,管理服务实施团队,招募组织并推动团队整体能力的提高,高质高效地为客户提供满意服务。 <br>1、通过服务分析为客户提供IT管理方面的建议; <br>2、监控服务级别绩效,关注客户满意度及服务实施中的问题; <br>3、客户服务回顾准备,配合客户经理引导关于运营活动的讨论; <br>4、主动发现影响服务交付的问题; <br>5、管理服务需求并提出改进建议; <br>6、管理现场服务资源(含过渡及变更管理)。 <br><br>任职资格: <br>1、计算机相关专业本科学历,3年以上相关工作经验; <br>2、具有广泛的技术背景; <br>3、在运营优化,IT产品和价值创造方面经验丰富; <br>4、具有良好的沟通技巧和演讲能力; <br>5、具有良好的数据分析和解决问题的能力; <br>6、不断寻求新的挑战,具团队合作精神。<br><br>工作职责: <br>1、负责客户内部IT Infrastructure 项目的管理; <br>2、负责与供应商、厂商及内部客户的沟通协调; <br>3、负责客户现场相关的二线技术支持; <br>4、管理维护日常工作文档,制定项目计划等。 <br><br>任职资格: <br>1、三年以上相关IT维护工作经验,至少一年以上项目管理经验; <br>2、精通IT Infrastructure的相关知识(Cisco/Veritas/Lotus Domino/Windows Server等); <br>3、熟练使用Office办公软件,Lotus Notes邮件客户端; <br>4、具备良好的英文听说交流能力,可以与外籍人士进行口语交流; <br>5、学习能力强,可适应高强度工作压力; <br>6、具备PMP或相关资格认证优先。 <br><br>注:投递求职信请将主题按照“××(城市)××(姓名)应聘××(城市)××(职位)”格式书写。谢谢!<br></p>
