拉法基集团/Lafarge Group<br>地质/采矿工程师 Geomining Engineer Expert<br>Job Responsibilities: l Safety -Observation of safety rules within ATC and when visiting Bus. -Alerting Plant Safety Officer when coming across unsafe practice. l Sustainable development and strategy -Technical evaluation of Land properties. -Assessment of land mining rights, environmental and legal permits and their expiration date. -Responsible for bi-annual reporting of raw material reserves of each plant. l Geology and reserves -Set up format and routine for regular topography update at plants. -Responsible for all geological data collection (core sampling, geological mapping, geotechnical data) with the purpose to calculate raw material reserves. -Computation geological block model and reserves calculation. l Mining Plan and reserves optimization -Quarry design and long-term mining plan to Quarry Life with the objective of reserves optimization. -Define raw mix target for mining plan with Bus. -Responsible for medium-term mining plan from 3 to 5 years and possibly the elaboration of short-term mining plan with plant quarry managers. l Mining operations -Data collection for mining operations (Heavy Mobile Equipment, fixed equipment, cycle times, drilling and blasting pattern, quarry quality control, crushing, maintenance of equipment, tyre consumption, explosive consumption…). -Optimization of mining operations drilling, blasting, loading, hauling, crushing and therefore cost of mining operations. -Simulation and design of mining operations for new quarry opening or projects. l Quality and uniformity of raw materials -Assessment of sampling logic and sampling protocol at quarry site. -Implementation of mining plan and sampling procedure to achieve raw material regularity. l Raw Mix -Able to perform raw mix simulation. l Development -Quarry and reserves audit for development purposes and due diligences. -Edition of due diligence report with full confidentiality ensured. l ATC/Division/Group studies -Elaboration of best practices and/or guidelines in the domain of Geomining and for quarry operations. -Participation to Division network. -Animation of Regional networks. l Training to BU staff -Update regularly the Geomining Training Workbook -ng Geomining Training Session -Responsible for transfer of knowledge and coaching of quarry managers. l Quarry software tools -Implementation, support and upgrade quarry software tool according to Lafarge IT policy. -Testing, evaluating and implementation of new software development. -Control of budget for development and support costs. l Literature and professional consciousness -Keep ATC knowledge up to date using literature and new Geomining techniques. -Maintain ATC documentation and literature data by analysing and entering relevant information. -Enter all report and picture to Public Folder or EASY according to ATC Information and Technology policy.
