埃森哲(中国)有限公司<br>调查研究员Secondary Research Specialist<br>Job Summary: <br><br>The Secondary Research Specialist/Analyst demonstrates strong secondary research skills and delivers mainly secondary research by utilizing an extensive range of online and other research sources to deliver a value-added all-round research service to customers.<br><br>Key Responsibilities: <br><br>• Communicate with internal clients to identify key questions to be addressed and the nature and purpose of the deliverable.<br>• Perform secondary research, including in-depth research on companies, industry and customer segments, market trends and issues, and technology utilizing a number of sources, internal and external.<br>• Synthesize, package and present secondary research findings according to the needs of the customer.<br>• Provide support to consultants in the use of internal and external resources, information sources and services.<br>• Prepare budget estimates for research projects and ensure project budget constraints and project record keeping requirements are observed.<br>• Develop relationships with Accenture executives and market research services to those executives, both orally and through written communication.<br>• Identify new sources of relevant content and contribute to evaluations of external content for acquisition.<br>• Development of industry expertise and knowledge as well as deep understanding of relevant specialty sources.<br>• Continually update secondary research skills and techniques and maintain a broad knowledge of a wide range of sources available – global, specialty and local.<br>• Participate in other information services activities, including current awareness monitoring, creation of newsletters and client updates for trends and issues for particular client groups.<br>• Actively participate in general secondary research responsibilities e.g. participating in Accenture Research workgroups at local, regional or global level etc.<br>• May provide Help Desk services to callers; this involves provision of quick research and external content advice; referral of callers to others in the Research community, as well as to those outside the community; conducting initial reference interviews for research requests; workload balancing research requests.<br>• May monitor the secondary research mail-in db and respond to requests or assign requests as appropriate.<br>• May assist in the provision of a library and information service to a local practice, including cataloguing, classification and curriculum control of books and journals.<br>• May assist in the provision of document management and archival service for the local practice.<br>• May oversee budget, charge backs and physical cross-industry sources<br><br>Relationships:<br><br>Reports to: Secondary Research Manager<br> <br>Supervises: NA ; may supervise Secondary Research Analysts and contractors (Secondary Research Specialist only)<br><br>External Relationships: NA, though awareness of external information providers/brokers/sources is required<br><br>Qualifications:<br><br>Education: Degree. A post-graduate degree/qualification in information studies/librarianship/information science is also preferred.<br><br>Work Experience: <br>• 3+ years business research experience, preferably in a consulting environment, or demonstrated equivalent skill for Specialist level, less experience requested for analyst<br>• Understanding of business issues relating to specific industry<br><br>Physical Requirements: None<br><br>Knowledge/Skills Requirements:<br>• Fluent in Korean and English both orally and written or Fluent in Japanese and English both orally and written <br>• Solid experience in generic secondary research and information retrieval methods and techniques<br>• Ability to quickly grasp complex and unfamiliar subjects<br>• Good written and oral communications skills, including the ability to understand and define clearly the research requirements and expectations of the consulting practice<br>• Knowledge of business issues and research relating to one or more industries and/or business disciplines<br>• Ability to work independently while participating as an active and contributing member of the local and global research and knowledge management teams<br>• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately<br>• Some experience in marketing a service to a specified customer group<br>• Experience of packaging and synthesizing research deliverables<br>• Some experience in primary research preferred but not a must<br><br><br>不限面议上海市淮海中路381号中环广场30层
