Position Summary<br>The responsibilities of him/her<br>1.Assist the manager to plan, design, supervise and analyze research projects. <br>2.Contact with client, build client rapport and address their business request<br><br>Roles and Responsibilities:<br>Perform project management including project planning, supervising, analyze and reporting of research projects:<br>Fully understand client's business needs<br>Prioritize market research requirements , plan research projects and use of different data sources under the guide of manager <br>Data analysis and assist manager to finish the report<br>Supervise the whole process to ensure the quality of the project and deliverables on time independently<br>Communication with clients:<br>Understand the clients business needs and apply them into research design and analysis<br>Daily contact with client, address their ad-hoc request<br>Build good relationship with client<br><br>Required Skills:<br>Attitude – responsible, independent, self-motivated, working under pressure, strong learning agility<br>People & Communication – Able to interact effectively with client and within the company. He/she also need to establish collaborative relationships with suppliers.<br>Research Skills – Awareness of different market research methods with regard to advantages and disadvantages in collection of different market information. Has some experience of different kinds of research: concept and product test, U&A and tracking, etc.<br><br>Experience – Minimum two years of experience in market research either from agency side or client side. <br><br>Language – Good written and oral skills in English. He/she is able to write English report clearly and capable of daily communication with client in English. <br><br>PC Literacy – Internet, MS office (esp. strong Powerpoint skill is needed). SPSS knowledge is preferred. <br><br>Education – Bachelor and above, no specific requirement on the major. Marketing, advertising, sociology, psychology and statistics are preferred.</p>
