Job Purpose 职位目标 (Briefly state in one sentence the overall objective of the role)<br>Provide thorough up-to-date medical, clinical development expertise to drive Novartis messages delivery to selected targeting KOLs( National). Collaborate Cross functionally in the execution of relevant scientific and clinical activities in specific therapy area/ Product(s).<br><br>Major Responsibilities 主要工作职责<br>Field based KOL/Speaker Management<br>-Contributes to identification/ mapping of KOLs (national, regional and local influencer).<br>-Develop professional relationships with the targeting KOLs and build advocacy and gain contributions of KOL/decision makers .<br>-Track, analyze and reports targeting KOLs advocacy, contribution and publication status in required system(ie.ETMS II).<br>-Provide and discuss scientific information and data regarding to Brands pipeline to healthcare professionals to ensure quality and accuracy of key medical and scientific information on new treatment options by face to face visiting, speaker training and scientific communications.<br>-Scientific support of speaker training activities in the region with timely feedback and manage unsolicited requests /objections comply with NP4 and local legal and regulatory requirements.<br>Meeting/Events: <br>-May function as the novartis medical speaker to present at regional activities (ie. Round Table Discussions, Hospital seminar ,et al) for up-to-date data based scientific and clinical information on Novartis development projects and marketed product(s) including non promotional materials.<br>-Liaise and provide up-to-date medical support t to facilitate listing of products in medical guidelines, formularies as appropriate.<br>-Evaluate the impact of competitive information (congress update ,et al) in compliance with global CI ethical guidelines.<br>-Participate in cross functional meetings as appropriate and sharing feedback of targeting KOLs advocacy and contribution. <br>Phase IV trials/Observational studies/Epidemiological programs <br>-Contribute to the identification of appropriate clinical investigators and facilitates placement into Novartis sponsored clinical trials.<br>-Conduct or Coordinate activities (meetings, trainings, site visit et al) relevant to Phase IV trials/Observational studies/animal studies/ Epidemiological program in the region.<br>-Follow-up with up-to-date information to central project leader and Investigators, Brand teams and regional sales management team.<br>Field Force Therapeutic Training<br>-Provide basic therapeutic training and refresher training to field force on the job and ongoing with regional marketing and sales managers.<br>-May function as an internal scientific trainer at cycle meeting.<br><br>Required Knowledge and Skill 要求技能 (Physical and moral base)<br>Languages: Fluent in Chinese and English (oral and written)<br>Experience/Professional requirement:<br>1. Proven ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer, credible relationships in order to educate and influence KOL/decision makers.<br>2. Working knowledge of the Healthcare System and of the research procedures as well as the ICH guidelines, GCP and other ethical guidelines relevant to the pharmaceutical industry.<br>3. Thorough knowledge of clinical medicine, disease management, and medical research in at least one therapeutic area.<br>4. Ability to synthesize recent scientific information ,analyze within strategic and regulatory<br>settings.<br>5. Proven ability to use IT tools and interface effectively with a variety of technical platforms.<br>6. Strong personal integrity, and customer focus.<br>7. Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and advanced presentation skills.<br>8. Effectively contribute to multifunctional teams.<br>9.
