Oracle China<br>Principal Sales Consultant – FMS Applications<br>Quantity:1<br>Location:beijing<br><br>POSITION: Principal Sales Consultant – FMS Applications <br>DEPARTMENT: Product Solutions<br>REPORTS TO:Regional Product Solutions Director<br>DIRECT REPORTS TO THIS ROLE: No<br><br>OBJECTIVE <br>As part of the Oracle sales team, the Principal Sales Consultant provides technical/functional leadership to the sales consultants and sales team and participates in account planning and strategy development. <br><br>RESPONSIBILITIES<br>&#8226;Partner with Sales Directors and Accounts Managers by providing the necessary support to compete effectively with key competitors<br>&#8226;Develop, present and demonstrate Oracle application solutions to prospective customers based on detailed customer requirements. <br>&#8226;Support the development of customer workshops, pilots and proof-of-concepts<br>&#8226;Provide necessary input into RFI’s and RFP's<br>&#8226;As an integral member of the sales team, contribute in detailed qualification of opportunities, formulation of strategies and technical approaches, plans for presales campaigns<br><br>RELEVANT TRAINING & EXPERIENCE<br>&#8226;A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in designing software solutions and providing business consultancy.<br>&#8226;Subject matter expertise and software implementation experience in the area of Performance Management & Governance, Risk and Compliance is desired<br>&#8226;Financial Services Industry (FSI) experience is desired<br>&#8226;Prior experience in ERP sales consulting and/or implementation experience would be an advantage<br>&#8226;Excellent presentation and communication skills both written and oral, ability to communicate at all levels and develop executive level relationships.<br>&#8226;Excellent capability of driving initiatives and managing project team members during presales stage (as required)<br>&#8226;Strong leadership and negotiation skills<br>&#8226;Self-motivator with the ability to work independently (as required)<br>&#8226;Willing to travel regionally<br>&#8226;Degree level qualification and above<br>&#8226;English Language Fluency <br>&#8226;Chinese Language Fluency: Mandarin is required<br>不限面议
