Reports straight line to Local BU Manager Robot Products and dotted line to BU Robot Products SCM Vice President<br>2. Leads the whole Cnaus SCM Organization composed of four Departments (total headcount of over 30 people):<br>1) Commodity Management/Sourcing<br>2) Supplier Quality Management<br>3) Project Purchasing<br>4) Operational purchasing & Material Planning<br>3. Each Department led by a middle Manager reporting directly to the Head of Cnaus SCM<br>4. Defines & proposes SCM vision, strategies & roadmaps for the<br>5. Country<br>6. Ensures timely deployment of BU transverse actions plans and provides with proactive contribution to the BU SCM Strategies definition<br>7. Drives and is accountable for proper execution<br>8. Develops the country SCM organization and staffs accordingly to secure efficiency in tackling current and future challenges, in particular the footprint and spend migration towards China.<br>9. Manages and drives, in liaison with HR, team members career development plans leveraging the yearly appraisal process.<br>10. Ensures solid monthly performance & activity monitoring and reporting<br>11. Participates to Cnaus Management Reviews<br>12. Proposes budget targets based on robust actions plans and drives execution to secure achievements<br>13. Supports LCC Sourcing activities of which those aiming at China to supply Europe-based operations<br>14. Participate to Steering Committees for local Projects such as Dragon<br>15. Liaise with BU SCM in the frame of Global BU Supply Chain Management Meetings & Coordination<br><br>MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES<br><br>1. Responsible for 35M$ Spend and for reaching yearly budgeted savings but also for sizing-up an organization that will see fast increasing spend up to80-100M$ by 2009<br>2. Leads a growing global team of currently over 31 Purchasing and Supplier Quality Managers and Professionals<br>3. Responsible & Accountable for the continuous improvement of Quality, Cost and Delivery performance of Cnaus’ supply base <br> <br>OTHER WORK CONDITIONS<br><br>1. This position is primarily based in Shanghai but requires frequent travels within China/Asia and occasionally Overseas (Europe) <br><br>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE<br><br>1. Work experience<br>1) Upon profiles but a 8-10 years experience of which at least 3-5 years in a Team Management position, in Purchasing and within an industrial and international context will first be considered<br>2) Experiences within large international Corporations preferred<br>3) Talents not necessarily matching above criteria would be considered<br>2. Technical competence <br>1) A Purchasing Professional with business sense and deep understanding of key purchasing methods and strategic levers<br>2) Understanding of technical basics, but not necessarily a technical degree<br>3. Tools<br>1) Knowledge of SAP is a plus. Good command of office tools is a must<br>4. Required education<br>1) Master-like Degree in Business Administration and/or Technical Engineering<br>5.
