Report to: HR Director<br><br>Responsibilities:<br>-Act as a business partner to the Director, Operations - Greater China in developing, planning and setting HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and procedures and ensure effective and timely implementation;<br>-Provide operational and strategic HR services to the business in line with the HR Strategic plan to optimize the use of the Company's human resources and maximize profitability;<br>-Work cooperatively with managers of department head to ensure an integrated approach is taken in supporting the Company's strategic goals;<br>-Liaise with management to ensure integration, implementation, and maintenance of relevant HR programmes, policies and procedures affecting staff at all job grades across the Greater China business;<br>-Oversee HR operations and activities, including employee relations, compensation & benefits (C&B), manpower planning, recruitment and selection, preparation of employment contract and amendments, employee visa applications, basic training, HR systems, and payroll ensuring compliance with local legislation and market practice; and<br><br>Requirements:<br>-University degree or above in Human Resources or related discipline;<br>-A minimum of nine years' experience in effective HR functions and management, including those related to attraction and retention, career planning, developing organisational culture, and exit strategies;<br>-Experience within the real estate industry would be an advantage.<br>-Fluent spoken and written English and Mandarin;<br>-Proficient in planning and executing HR strategies at all job grades, in a timely and cost effective manner;<br>-Strong detailed knowledge of employment legislation (particularly related to fair and ethical treatment of all employees), local and regional policies and regulatory requirements; and<br>Advanced level in Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook.<br></p>
