As a member of LSS iPerformance China downstream team, the incumbent of this position is responsible to drive the operating plan and margin as expected for DO and CSW products in the dedicated region, develop and engage sales team and dealer team to reach the annual targets and strive for sustained and continuous LSS business growth. <br><br>Key responsibilities include:<br><br>-Lead regional sales team and work with dealers to deliver the sales OP and maintain the contribution margin of high, mid and low end LSS products in China.<br>-Lead the team to source, evaluate and qualify dealers in the desired region, establish healthy dealer channels in compliance with GE’s policies, and develop dealers into the business partners.<br>-Manage and control the operation of dealers in terms of pricing, product selection, sales revenue recognition, inventory control etc, to ensure long term and healthy development.<br>-Promote GE values within and outside the company, and make sure GE’s compliance policies are well observed.<br>-Work with Modality Team to define and implement sales strategies and tools to maintain and increase market share.<br>-Confer or consult with Modality Team to plan branding and promotion events, including MAB’s, etc and to secure information on equipment configuration and customer specifications.<br>-Drive positive and healthy cross-region cooperation in OP attainment and best practice sharing.<br>-Lead the sales and dealers team, and work with Service Team to attain a good NPS from the end customers.<br>-Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability.<br>-Ensure timely and accurate sales reporting, including sales figures, analyses, and action plans aimed at sustaining or improving performance<br>-Prepare the budget for Sales operation, spend money wisely and control the base cost as appropriate.<br>-Improve the team capabilities and individual performance with effective coaching and top-down support when needed; prepare the pipeline for the key positions.<br>-Be directly responsible for the EMS rating, VCP planning and payout, Salary Planning, etc.<br><br><br>Qualifications:<br>-Bachelor’s degree or above, with at least 3 years experience in dealers sales management of anesthesia/respiratory products in China.<br>-Strong strategic business perspective and systems thinking capability.<br>-Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage complexity.<br>-Strong desire for continuous winning and development.<br>-Be able to work under pressure, and resourceful to reach the solutions.<br>-Good command of oral and written English<br>-Be good at engaging the direct reports to win as a team<br><br>Desired Qualifications:<br><br>Background of anesthesia doctor, and deep understanding about the competition and the market.</p>
