普创管理咨询(上海)有限公司.<br>Loan Administration Clerk / Officer<br>Loan Administration part:<br>&Oslash;Process commercial loan transactions, issue guarantees and process guarantee transactions in accordance with the prevailing operations workflows and guidelines.<br>&Oslash;Prepare the reports required by the bank and local authorities, including various online reporting with PBOC, SAFE and CBRC.<br>&Oslash;Supervise the the reconciliation of the transaction data between FO system (e.g. Kondor) and BO system.<br>&Oslash;Keep proper filing of transaction documents as well as the stamp duties purchased by Finance Dept.<br>&Oslash;Keep loan administration workflow updated and amend as necessary.<br><br>Payment Part:<br>&Oslash;Process and verify incoming/outgoing payment transactions within the given authority, ensure the transactions are in strict compliance with bank's workflows and guidelines as well as local authorities' policies and requirements.<br>&Oslash;Prepare payments related reports including on line BOP and AML reports as required by local authorities.<br>&Oslash;Keep proper filing of transaction documents.<br>&Oslash; Any other tasks assigned by supervisors, e.g. trade finance and settlement.<br>&Oslash;Be fully committed to ensure a close and smooth co-operation within the operations team and with all other departments.<br>&Oslash; Actively contribute to the team with own ideas and feel responsible for the entire team performance.<br><br><br>Job Requirements<br>&Oslash;University degree preferable majored in economics/finance, at least 4 years experience in banking operations, including least 2 years experience in loan administration and/or international payments.<br>&Oslash;Good command of English and proficient in MS Office applications, self-motivated, high responsible and diligent attitude, strong willingness to learn and to do multi-functional tasks.不限面议浦�新�世纪大道1500号东方大厦南塔10楼
