Responsibility:<br>-Training implementation management(logistics,administration)<br>-Close communication with all internal customers, feedback and training results<br> collecting<br>-Deliver/Facilitate some first level internal courses like orientation, talent <br>pipeline, etc.<br>-Analyze training data, find out the improvement areas and raise the customer <br>service level of training<br>-Analyze training implelmentation and streamline process so as to improve the <br>training operation efficiency<br>-To assist Manager to review, formulate and manage the implementation of <br>effective HR policies<br>-To provide central consultancy service and guidance on application and <br>interpretation of HR policies and practice<br>-To review HR documentations and ensure effective two-way communication of <br>policy changes and new policy announcement etc.between the management and <br>employees via proper channels(such as webpage, internet and newsletters)<br>-To provide ownership for other ER and staff Engagement related HR projects<br>-To follow and implement employee program<br><br>Requirement:<br>-At least bachelor degree holder<br>-3-5 years HR generalist expeirence in MNC, any strength of HR functions, <br>such as staffing, compensation & benefits, expat management or general business<br>HR partners would be an advantage, among which at least 1 year leadership <br>experience<br>-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills<br>-Fluent verbal and written English<br>-Good command of PC skills<br>-Well organized</p>
