Job summary:<br>1.Collect, check and summarize employee attendance, performance appraisal reports. <br>2.Prepare and submit payroll information to Finance for payroll calculation; conduct monthly payroll administration work. <br>3.Responsible for executing Company's compensation programs, such as job level evaluation, annual C&B surveys, review of salary structure.<br>4.Implement and maintain company's benefits programs including vacation, holiday, sick pay, etc.<br>5.Administer mandatory social security scheme such as pension, medical insurance, housing fund, and integrated insurance.<br>6.Follow up monthly salary adjustments, including annual increment, confirmation, market adjustment, promotion, and demotion.<br>7.Responsible for Labor Contract Management.<br>8.Administer employees'onboarding and separation procedures.<br>9.Set up and maintain employees' P-File.<br>10.Key in employee information into the Cityray system.<br>11.Process transfer forms and fill the confidential info.<br>12.Review the medical expense account.<br>13.Prepare Monthly reports, including Headcount Turnover Rate, OT report, KPI report <br><br>Qualification:<br>1.Bachelor degree majored in Management Accoutning/Business Administration/HR;<br>2.At least 1 year's related working experience;<br>3.Be proficiency in English, both writing and speaking;<br>4.Be familiar with MS office Softwares, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint;<br>5.Be proactive, open minded, a quick learner, can work under great pressure;<br>6 A good-time keeper, provide accurate report;</p>
