工作地点:亦庄开发区<br><br>Role and Responsibility<br>- Responsible for ABO payroll calculation and deposit for head office and branch office by HR software.<br>- Ensure the monthly payroll on timely and accuracy manner.<br>- Responsible for collection, updating and filling Payroll elements changing data timely<br>- Assist to complete consolidate, analyses and generate compensation data report.<br>- Responsible for employee IIT calculation and declaration, and communicate with Tax Bureau timely.<br>- Responsible for HR statistic report to statistic bureau<br>- Keep HR database updated according to payroll data.<br>- Responsible for daily communication with employee regarding payroll and IIT service.<br><br>Qualification<br>- College degree or above<br>- Two years and above working experience in compensation and benefits field, foreign company working experience is preferred.<br>- Be familiar with HR payroll software and attention to detail, Good computer skill<br>- Know well government Labor Law and related policy as well as compensation and benefits policy in China.<br>- Strong sense of responsibility, good team work spirit, customer oriented and excellent communication skills<br>- Strong coordination and communication skill and can work under high pressure</p>

SPECIFIC DUTIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br>(List day to day activities, reports, directs etc…list by priority)<br>1.Responsible for payroll related issues for all employees, such as salary, allowance and bonus calculation, I.I.T reporting & payout on time, ect;<br>2.Control and monitor employees' attendance, leaves, overtime, working time, and prepare various monthly statistical / analysis reports;<br>3.Liaise with social securities or monitor FESCO or similar organization for employee statutory benefits settlement;<br>4.Liaise with insurance company for employee insurance administration process;<br>5.Responsible for compensation to employee on-job injury;<br>6.Assist in C & B survey and market information collection to maintain equitable and competitive compensation and benefits system;<br>7.Involved in C & B program data analysis;<br>8.Provide updated and accurate information of labor related regulations and social policies;<br>9.Provide daily consulting services on C& B issues for employees and to solve related problems;<br>10.In charge of various inspections from government;<br>11.Handle other secretarial & administrative issue assigned by the manager;<br>12. Employee resident permit and work permit application.<br>EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:<br>(Minimum requirement of the job, cannot be violated)<br>1.Bachelor degree or Junior college;<br>2.4 years related HR working experience<br><br>SKILL OR CHARACTERISTICS: <br>(5-7 from the competency selection process, such as: Initiative, Managing the Job, Problem Assessment, Problem Solving ,Technical Knowledge/Skills, Technical Knowledge/Skills, Communication, teamwork etc…)<br>1. With experience in C&B project operation (Survey, salary review, reward system, etc.)<br>2. Good data sense with highly attention to numerical detail and strong data analysis and interpretation skill<br>3. Be able to handle all the payroll issue independently, familiar with the social warfare system<br>4. Attention to details, well-organized, can work under pressure</p>
