工作职责<br>1. 负责完善及改进公司会计运作的程序,监督程序的正确执行;<br>2. 负责财务管理和财务核算,确保所有会计事项均符合公认会计准则;<br>3. 编制及监控公司的年度营运预算和资本支出预算;<br>4. 定期编制财务报告及有关部门的报告,执行和审核公司内部各类帐目及报表;<br>5. 负责协调公司的年度外部审计和内部审计工作;<br>6. 完成上司安排的其分特别项目。<br><br>职位要求:<br>7. 本科以上学历,主修财会专业,财会或审计等相关专业;<br>8. 获有ACCA/CPA会计资格证书和海外留学背景优先考虑;<br>9. 五年以上外资企业财务总帐工作经验和两年财务管理经验;<br>10. 熟悉美国GAAP和国际会计准则;<br>11. 具有较强的组织协调、沟通、逻辑分析及项目管理能力;<br>12. 优秀的中英文表达能力;<br>13. 熟练使用办公室应用软件和财务软件。<br></p>
