Work with Clinical Leads to develop and review project-specific training materials <br>2. Perform quality control of CRA work e.g. by performing co-monitoring visits (supporting and in coordination with the Line Managers) and produce reports with recommendations for actions.<br>3. Review all available audit reports from the region and assist in the responding to audits when requested. In conjunction with Line Managers, ensure that issues identified in audit reports are addressed by Clinical Operations. When appropriate, escalate issues to the European management level.<br>4. Remain informed about developments in clinical research regulations and guidelines (including local regulations).<br>Training:<br>1. Organise, develop, and deliver introductory and ongoing training programmes for CRAs and CR-Assistants and other Clinical staff according to the clinical curriculum and local training plans. These programmes will cover the areas of GCP, SOPs/Guidelines and current monitoring procedures. Assist in the organisation of professional skills training.<br>2. Identify staff able to provide support in the administration, design and delivery of training.<br>3. Provide advice for CRAs and assist them in resolution of problems encountered in the conduct of their work.<br>4. Ensure that SOPs/Guidelines are interpreted and implemented correctly.<br>5. Liase with Clinical Operations Line Managers in identifying individual CRA and team training needs, ensure that these needs are addressed and when appropriate escalate issues to senior management.<br>6. Coach and mentor CRAs in the course of their daily work, both in-house and on-site, as appropriate.<br><br>Qualifications:<br>1. Pharmaceutical industry or CRO experience of at least three years is required. Training or education-related experience is also desirable.<br>2. Educated to degree level (biological science, pharmacy or other health-related discipline preferred) or equivalent nursing qualification or clinical research experience <br>3. Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills <br>4. Competent in written and oral English. <br>5. Flexibility towards work assignments, new learning and travel<br>6. Willingness to work with multiple supervisors/colleagues in a matrix environment, and to value the importance of teamwork <br>7. Able to take initiative and work independently<br>8. IT literate – Experience with Microsoft based applications and general knowledge of pc functions<br></p>

This includes all Microsoft Windows Domain Controllers, Exchange Servers, File Servers, Application Servers as well as Linux Servers. This individual reports to the Infrastructure and Service Manager. This position will work closely with other infrastructure individuals/groups to perform Systems Administration of the company's Anti-Virus, Database, Patching, Data Backup and Monitoring platforms. This individual will also perform and break/fix work on Server Equipment hosting these services. The position requires knowledge of server hardware, software, networking and monitoring equipment. Some travel will be required in order to maintain and establish the various server environments.<br><br>POSITION ACCOUNTABILITIES<br>-Configure Server Equipment as needed.<br>-Rack and Install Server Equipment according to established standards.<br>-Handle break/fix issues as required on server hardware and software.<br>-Perform and monitor the backup processes for server and data storage devices at the various BorgWarner Data Centers and Server rooms.<br>-Maintain and report on current Operating System Patch levels.<br>-Maintain and report on current server driver and firmware revision levels.<br>-Scheduling maintenance windows with the user community as required.<br>-Submit Request for change requests to the Change Management Board as required for additions or changes made to the server systems.<br>-Create and maintain server and process documentation covering backups, patching, hardware, software or other items as deemed necessary by their supervisor.<br>-Review, assess, and maintain the Monitoring Architecture used to proactively identify issues with Data Center Server Hardware, Storage Area Network and Network Attached Storage Device.
