Job Description for Business Development Director, Handset Makers<br><br>1、Reporting to CEO of the company and based in Beijing<br>2、Covering the following key partners:<br>1)First tier multinational companies including Nokia, Motorola, Samsung, Sony Ericsson<br>2)Major domestic vendors including Lenovo, BenQ, Bird, TCL, etc.<br>3)Design houses including MTK, Techfaith, Isolutions, etc.<br>3、Role and responsibilities:<br>1)Collecting and analyzing on-going business data for internal decision making<br>2)Maintaining close relationship with major partners. Identifying internal coach in those critical departments if possible<br>3)Looking for new business opportunities through effective communication with partners<br>4)Negotiating necessary resources and conditions with partners for other business functions like products, operations and technical team<br>5)Selling into key partners mentioned above<br><br>Qualifications<br><br>1、In-depth understanding of telecommunication, handset making, mobile services and internet services (music related background preferred)<br>2、Broad connections within target accounts<br>3、5+ year experience in sales, marketing and business development in middle or large companies (multinational preferred)<br>4、Good communication and negotiation skills, team spirit<br>5、University education background. Mandarin and English are mandatory.<br>6、Working experience in major handset makers preferred<br><br>Performance criteria:<br><br>1、Company total revenue and revenue from specific partners<br>2、Quality of business relationship, information, resources and opportunities brought to the business<br>3、Penetration rate and business growth rate in target sectors<br>4、Satisfaction of major partners, other teams and company management</p>
