Responsibility<BR>The ideal candidate will work closely with Studio customers to define needs, define workflow, and establish criteria for building a successful China team. The candidate will work closely with key vendor partners as well as supporting internal staff to deliver these requirements. Key goals include: Understand customer art benchmarks and create a team and supporting workflow that ensures minimal iteration with the ability to expand skill set and service offerings YOY. Grow the team to support multiple service offerings within art (i.e. lighting) and concurrently expand the team to support other Studios. Ensure that the team meets financial targets, at or below plan.<BR>- General<BR>• Build an effective service organization that delivers to quality, time and budget on art production solutions. <BR>• Define metrics / goals for team, create monthly tracking and report to WWOS and supporting Studios <BR>- EA Project Management<BR>• Manage a team of Development Directors, Managers and Senior Art Leaders to work with Studio customers to lock down requirements and specifications. Ensure proper tracking of all assets and deliverables and ensuring transparency of project status with Studio partners. <BR>• Validate and audit milestone delivery plans <BR>• Ensure each projects setup meets the specifications with Studio. <BR>• Provide regular status reporting and capacity plan updates. <BR>• Track and implement project improvement plans to drive team efficiency. <BR>• Define engagement practices and processes: Ensure all workflow is clearly defined, processes are documented, and staff trained in expectations on the workflow. <BR>- Leadership<BR>• Mentor development managers on effective people management and career development for a fast growing studio <BR>• Hire all key resources, and manage overall individual and team performance <BR>• Identify, train and foster team leads through active mentorship and actionable career development plans <BR>• Supervise effective training programs to improve productivity, work habits and technical skills through training managers <BR>• Ensure team morale is maintained: deploy a variety of strategies to ensure a cohesive team with a low attrition rate.
