金山公司<br>Investor Relationship Manager (投资者关系经理)<br>Key responsibilities:<br><br>Assisting the Board Secretary in running the IR function and work relating to the Board of the company, including but not limited to the followings:<br><br>1. Manage the preparation of quarterly/interim/annual results announcements and Q&A, and other announcements requested by relevant domestic and oversea regulators, including but not limited to drafting English and Chinese announcements, preparing investor presentation, arranging conference calls and web casts; <br>2.
