It involves paying / receiving cash to / from counterparties, updating settlement status in the market platform, trade capture and posting in operation settlement systems, and monitoring corporate action of bond/repo positions.<br>Daily managing and monitoring of all cash payment / receipt process in relation to trade settlement and coupon payment with counterparties. The candidate needs to follow-up with counterparty to ensure all trades are settled on a timely manner and responsible for the relevant settlement postings in the systems.<br>He/ she will be responsible for daily reporting of funding requirement to the front office. <br>Responsible for generating / submission of the relevant reports to internal risk control department <br>Support settlement of new business i.e. DCM, Swap etc.<br>To perform control such as trade reconciliation between market platform, front office system and operation settlement system to ensure internal control procedures are adhered accordingly. Assists operations manager to develop effective controls and standards.<br>Understand local regulations (CSRC/SAFE/PBOC) and assist to prepare operations related regulatory reports.<br>The successful candidate needs to be very client focus and be able to handle queries independently. <br>Face off to the business such as the trader or sales as well as be able to provide consultation advice or information to other internal clients when necessary.<br>He/she is required to be involved in change management process.<br><br>Requirements:<br>Bachelor degree, finance and project management experience. <br>2~5 years of related operations experience in financial institutions.<br>Better has interbank product knowledge and operational experience. <br>English and Mandarin both in Spoken/written<br>Broad understanding of operations flow<br>Ability to work under pressure<br>Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills<br>Team work<br>Good problem solving skills<br>Pro-active<br>Good communication skills<br>MS Office tools, i.e. Excel and Word</p> 不限北京市海淀区东北旺西路8号北京中关村软件园内9号楼“国际软件大厦”二区
