萌贤商务咨询(上海)有限公司<br>Facilities & Maintenance Manager/设备与维修经理<br>Duties and Responsibilities <br>• Assign and supervise the construction, upgrading, alteration and maintenance activities for all facilities within the company, including buildings, plants, power facilities, utilities, M&E systems, office space, carpark management and landscaping. <br>监督及负责公司所有设备的建设、升级、更换及维修工作，包括建筑、厂房、动力设备、各种设施、电子机械系统、办公区域、停车场管理和景观规划<br>• Responsible for tenancy matter, e.g. keep and update necessary building documentations, such as land leases, agreements, building layouts, approvals and certificates etc. <br>负责房屋租赁使用事宜，如整理保存及更新必要的建筑文件（土地契约、合同、建筑图、审批文件及相关证件等）<br>• Maintain & assure the quality of both internal and external environment.<br>维持及确保公司内外良好的环境氛围<br>• Conduct and record regular inspections of facilities and equipments according to procedures, making necessary repairs to ensure safe operation of all buildings and facilities. <br>根据流程规定对设备、设施等进行常规检查并记录，对必要部分进行维修，保证建筑及设施的安全使用<br>• Provide support and direction for all future office and plant expansions, capacity and future planning. <br>为未来办公地点和厂房的扩大、容量和规划提供专业支持<br>• Regular review of the company’s property and facility management systems and establish Standing Operating Procedures. <br>审查公司资产及设备管理体系，建立标准化管理流程<br>• Manage contractors and authorities. Be responsible for the calling of tenders, evaluation, selection and appointment of contractors for all building facilities services, including electrical, air-con, plumbing, sanitary services, fire protection equipment, lifts, housekeeping, landscaping etc. <br>管理承包商及相关负责人。负责招标、评估、筛选及确定相关服务业务的承包商，包括电力、空调、配管、卫生服务、防火设备、电梯、后勤、绿化等<br>• Manage budget, implement initiatives, such as energy conservation, recycling, etc. to drive down cost.<br>管理预算，主动进行如节能环保、循环利用等工作以降低费用<br><br>Requirements & Experience <br>• Degree holder with at least 7 to 10 years experience in building estate & facilities management.<br>本科及以上学历，至少7-10年建筑设备及维修管理工作经验<br>• Preferably with understanding of local and national building regulations.<br>熟悉地方及国家建筑规范优先<br>• Preferably with knowledge and experience in working within a multi-national corporations.<br>曾在跨国公司任职、有相关工作经验者优先<br>不限10000～14999上海遵义路100号虹桥上海城A栋1703室
