Essential Duties and Responsibilities<br><br>1.Leads and supervises the HR team to complete the routine HR tasks of staffing, in compliance with agreed HR policies and procedures.<br><br>2.Participates in developing HR goals, objectives, and systems. Reviews and revises the existing HR policy systems, and recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed.<br><br>3.Provides advice and counsel to managers and supervisors regarding HR practices, policy, and employment laws.<br><br>4.Consults legal counsel to senior management to ensure SRL complies with the relevant legislation and regulations in all HR practices.<br><br>5.Advises and conducts appropriate resolution of employee relation issues.<br><br>6.Analyzes, maintains and communicates of HR records required by top management, law or local governing bodies, or other departments in the organization. <br><br>7.Communicates with employees at all levels, delivers and explains company policies, and strengthens communications with department managers to create an open, cooperative atmosphere.<br><br>8.Conducts annual salary surveys and analyzes compensation; develops and recommends competitive compensation plans. <br><br>9.Maintains or updates company organization charts and job descriptions as necessary; prepares and maintains handbook on policies and procedures.<br><br>10.Acts as a liaison between the company and relevant labor authorities.<br><br>11.Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.<br><br>Required Education<br>Degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Psychology or relevant subjects<br><br><br>Required Experience<br>2+ years of similar working experience in medium/large size manufacturing MNCs, with minimum 1 years in supervisory position. Solid compensation management experience is a plus.<br><br><br>Specialized Knowledge/Skills<br><br>1.Excellent interpersonal, teamwork skills.<br><br>2.Detail-focused, extremely organized, and customer service oriented. <br><br>3.Ability to work in and maintain performance expectations in diverse cultural contexts and high- pressure environment.<br><br>4.Good command of written and oral English.<br><br>5.Thorough knowledge of MS Office and Outlook.</p>
