The plant has approx 400 associates. AC hose is a key product in our growth strategy.<br><br>Globally, Company is a market leader in barrier-type automotive AC hoses. Together with plants in North America and Europe, our annual automotive AC hose business is around $60-70MM. Though we have been successful in North America and Europe, we have very little business with Korean-based OEMs and Tier-1s. The primary role of this position is to develop those sales in support of not only Qingdao, but also the global business.<br><br>Main Responsibilities<br>1.Aggressively develop new business with Korean-based automotive OEMs and Tier-1 companies<br>2.Position will support not only Qingdao, but also global business<br>3.Position is expected to coordinate projects globally and Company's single point of contact with the head offices of Korean-based OEMs and Tier 1s<br>4.The successful candidate is responsible for introducing, developing, and delivering customer relationships, through visits, presentations, communications, and negotiations. <br>5.Collect & analyze information about market, customer and competitors <br>6.Communicate with and regularly update associates from North America and Europe<br>7.To carry out other tasks as required by Management from time to time<br><br>Key Requirements<br><br>1.4-yr University degree in engineering or technical-related field<br>2.Minimum 3 yrs sales experience in automotive industry<br>3.Minimum 3 yrs working experience in multi-national company<br>4.Knowledge of TS 16949, APQP and PPAP procedures<br>5.Rubber or polymer background strongly preferred<br>6.Proficiency in spoken & written Chinese Mandarin, English, and Korean<br>7.Strong communication and presentation skills.<br>8.Ability to travel, including international trips to Korea<br>9.Highly proficient in MS Office Suite (Work, Excel, PowerPoint)<br>10.Willing to take on challenges, Customer focused and team player.</p> 不限
