天津景程企业管理咨讯顾问有限公司<br>运营经理(生产和经营管理方向)<br>TITLE: OPERATION MANAGER<br><br>REPORTS TO: GENERAL MANAGER <br><br>Job Duties:<br>Operation - Supervises employees engaged in production operations, inventory control and production scheduling. <br>1.Supervise employees to work following the business process<br>2.Direct the employees to develop and implement new or revised controls, procedures and methods for manufacturing improvement.<br>3.Directs manufacturing operations to maintain optimum economy and flexibility of production.<br>4.Maintains labor and cost standards.<br>5.Direct purchasing and Inventory Control. Supervise the buyers to build up an efficient, cost-effective supply chain (including vendor management, tracking material costs, keeping adequate levels of inventory in the factory).<br><br>Production Methods - Conducts manufacturing engineering assignments to develop new, improved methods, tooling and machine designs, cost estimates and / or resolve engineering problems involved in the manufacture of product. <br>1.Prepare and carry out approved recommendations made by engineering department to include tool redesign and alterations, change of material specifications, dimensions, methods, etc.<br>2.Prepare cost estimates involved in changing from current to updated methods; estimate savings expected as the result of such change.<br><br>Human Resources Management- Approves all hiring, discharges and performance ratings of production employees while maintaining budgeted staffing levels.<br>1.Select and supervise Group leaders for each production department.<br>2.Develops employee training programs, designs operator instructions and safety methods. <br>3.Trains employees in methods and procedures.<br>4.Maintains efficient workforce, controlling head count, turnover, morale and productivity.<br>5.Responsible for worker safety and training<br><br>Production Space, workflow - Analyzes work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, equipment layout and workspace for maximum efficiency. <br>Conducts studies in plant layout, facilities planning and workstation design and recommends equipment for manufacturing systems. Demonstrate proper use of equipment and maintenance of the equipment.<br><br>Communication - Collaborates with Customer Service, Application Engineering and Purchasing and Logistics Departments to meet the customer’s requirements.<br>Inspects products and maintains total quality control program.<br><br>Coaching – Always be the coach for the employees for total quality control, business ethic and good working traditions.<br><br>Minimum Requirements:<br>1.With Bachelor degree and 5 years experience in a leadership role (Metal fabrication experience preferred).<br>2.Knowledge of production systems, manufacturing operations, quality control, project management, and plant management in a total quality management environment.<br>3.Strong organizational, planning, analytical and inter-personal skills with all levels within the organization.<br>4.Ability to communicate (verbal and written) in both of Chinese and English.<br>5.Ability to utilize Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, AutoCad and other computer software.<br>6.Ability to move about the office and factory workstations.<br><br><br><br> 倾力成就人才、成就企业、成就自己!<br>Help others is help yourself!<br><br>不限面议天津市和平区张自忠路240号天津港湾中心1209
