福建豪氏威马钢铁制品有限公司<br>Production Manager生产经理<br>Introduction.<br> <br> Fujian Huisman Steel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. owns a production facility with a total floor space of around 30,000 m2 for production and around 10,000 m2 storage of raw materials. The two biggest shops for fitting and final assembly of our products consists of 9,000 m2. Two shops for material preparation have a total floor space of 4,500 m2. Half this floor space is used for a cutting shop with CNC cutting machines. <br> The two shops for fitting and final assembly are equipped with two 120 ton’s gantry cranes and 4 times 60 ton’s gantry cranes. The material preparations shops are provided with a total of six gantry cranes with a lifting capacity of 40 ton’s each. The storage yard is provided with two pedestal cranes with a lifting capacity up to 100 ton for the biggest crane.<br> <br> <br> Job Description:<br> <br> Within our production organization the Work Shop Manager will be responsible for managing the internal material flow and all production activities that are related to cutting, fitting, welding and mechanical assembly of our products. You need to ensure that all activities in your departments are carried out according plan, time schedule and budget. In addition you are also responsible for ensuring the required technical quality of all operations within your departments and maintenance of all equipment within your departments. You will report to the Operational Manager.<br> <br> <br> Duties and responsibilities:<br> <br> The work shop manager will be responsible for:<br> <br> 1. Budgeting of annual operational cost of all applicable departments<br> 2. Drafting overall requirement planning for workers and equipment quarterly<br> 3. Schedule preventive maintenance of equipment in order to ensure maximum availability of the companies resources.<br> 4. Continuous improvement of efficiency and quality of the work carried out and advice top management on investments and improvements of the work flow process.<br> 5. Develop human resources within applicable departments to keep up with the companies strategic development plan and to meet specific requirements in the current work flow process.<br> 6. Executing the companies policies regarding Safety, Health and Environmental care for the production departments <br> 7. Budgeting of labor hours and material consumption for each production project as far as cutting, fitting, welding and final assembly is involved.<br> 8. Making a breakdown of all applicable activities and planning of those activities in such a way that they are consistent with the project master schedules and budgets.<br> 9. Drafting and evaluating feasible and cost-optimal solutions for assembly of our products.<br> 10. Controlling the related production processes, anticipate on deviations and taking preventive actions or corrective measures in time.<br> 11. Coordination with relevant departments in order to ensure a smooth work process flow<br> <br> <br> Requirements:<br> <br> In order to meet the requirements of this position you need to have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering and must have at least five years of experience in a similar position. The job requires a solid theoretical background in production techniques and operational management in combination with practical experiences that enable you to analyze and effectively control the production processes and take appropriate and practical measures to optimize the production process or correct deviations. You must be acquainted with budgeting and planning and computer tools that help you to control both items. You should be a strong personality who is able to manage people.
