岗位职责:<br>1、负责公司工程施工管理体系(进度、质量、成本、安全等)的建设、维护和改善。<br>2、负责审核公司各项目施工进度计划,并在分公司工程管理团队成立前负责该项目的施工计划编制。<br>3、审查批准各项目的施工组织设计,检查督促工程建设遵循施工组织设计。<br>4、主持工程管理的施工技术会议,协调施工中各项施工问题的解决,参与公司设计及施工中重大技术问题的讨论。<br>5、负责公司各项目施工过程中重大技术方案、施工组织设计的审定。<br>6、参与施工单位、监理单位、材料设备供应商的选择,参加各项工程招投标工作。<br>7、负责工程施工合同的审核。<br>8、负责工程建设过程中,设计图纸、变更、规范、工艺的正确执行。<br>9、负责施工过程中部分现场签证、设计变更的审核。<br>10、负责成本中心下发的各种材料、工艺文件及招投标文件的审核。<br>11、配合组织各类工程的验收工作,签署竣工验收意见,并对验收成果负责。<br><br>职位要求:<br>1、大学本科(第一学历)以上学历,工民建、建筑工程、工程管理等相关专业。<br>2、具有工民建高级工程师职称,8年以上项目施工管理经验,全面负责过20万平方以上项目的施工管理岗位,具有国家一级注册结构工程师或注册建筑师者优先。<br>3、为人诚信,具有强烈的责任心,工作原则性强;<br>4、具有较强的沟通能力与分析决策能力;具有较强的书面表达及工程计划编制能力。<br>5、具备现场施工和设计管理工作经验,担任同等岗位三年以上。<br>6、年龄在50岁以下。</p>
