Job Description<br> <br><br>Position Summary:<br>Directly report to General Manager; support for start-up and construction of the facility; responsible for all Quality and Testing Department activities.<br><br>Duties and Responsibilities:<br><br>Start and build Quality and Testing team<br><br>Develop and implement a system and procedures for the Quality, process quality and Testing department<br><br>Support business registration<br><br>Set up TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 system<br> <br>Support facility design and construction of facility<br><br>Support the General Manager to achieve the company’s goals and objectives<br><br>Provide vision and leadership for the future growth of the department<br><br>Inspire and motivate the team to be innovative<br><br>Overall control and management of the Quality and Testing team<br><br>Interface with Human Resources to establish: <br>Minimum hiring requirements for the Quality team<br>Consistent on-going training and career planning <br>Salary planning and incentive programs <br> <br>Train and develop the Quality and Testing team to be technical leaders in their own field<br><br>Support sales and marketing activities through development of an integral Quality strategy that is aligned to the business model for the Asia sales/growth revenue plan<br><br>Utilizes resources effectively and efficiently to meet or exceed company goals<br><br>Share best practices between Europe and USA. Requires 4+ years of related work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. In addition, specific technical certifications may be required. Knowledge of system principles, theories, concepts, and technologies may be required in these positions.<br><br>Participates in development of innovative and cost effective solutions to customer problems, using integrated data processing and communication solutions. Works with more senior team members in performing research and feasibility studies, tradeoff analyses, operation studies, design reviews, and technical briefings with clients.
