Job Responsibilities<br>1.Coordinate all parties related to ensure the safety of the vessel, crew and cargo on board.<br>2.Cooperate with terminal work out most optimal berth window for vessels.<br>3.Basis previous port loading and vessels arrival conditions advise the max possible loading out of Shanghai.<br>4.Evaluate together with terminal and other department to best control allocation.<br>5.Ensure vessels draft at all time is within safememo.<br>6.Prepare loading plan to vessels and ensure delivery upon arrival. <br>7.Coordinate terminal tower and chief mate for smooth cargo operation.<br>8.Coordinate ASICOR and terminal planner for even layout to ensure best berth productivity.<br>9.Update GSIS and RKEM according to agreed deadline after vessel departure.<br>10.Advise the actual loading results and the final shut out list to relevant parties.<br><br>III.
