The work is varied, ranging from periodical class, statutory and consultancy surveys to large repairs and conversions. The work is demanding but offers good opportunities for gaining experience. The positions are open to experienced Surveyors or Senior Surveyors. Where necessary, authorisations can be progressed after arrival; however the applicant should be confident and comfortable in the environments described. There will also be an element of assisting in the development of national staff through training and mentoring.
