Requires 5+ years supervisory experience. <br>3Strategic thinker with the ability to develop relationships with key customers, formulate business processes and leverage existing practices in operational excellence applied across Bodycote. <br>4Possess the energy, drive and enthusiasm to operate and lead a growing organisation <br>5Must be able to communicate effectively orally and in writing to all levels of employees, customers, vendors, etc.; English be regarded as the working language to communicate with customers and overseas colleagues. <br>6Usual job duties are conducted in office type conditions.
