This role has accountability for the process improvements, quality initiatives, internal controls effectiveness and internal projects. This individual must apply deep knowledge of HR various service lines to execute key responsibilities; as internal key contact, the individual is also directly accountable for ensuring controls are executed and for communication, training and knowledge sharing with the overall objective of creating a strong compliance environment. This position is expected to conduct cross team supports in HR.
Responsibilities/Authorities
• Performs data entry in various Human Resources systems (Peoplesoft ect) and tracking tools in timely manner to ensure quality of deliverables.
• Demonstrates knowledge of Human Resources processes and related systems to effectively perform responsibilities
• Monitors and reviews incoming requests for completeness
• Participates in cross-functional training to fulfill team backup responsibilities as assigned
• Researches and resolves data entry and other discrepancies
• Reads and understands all communications regarding client and Accenture HR Services processes to remain current with all job responsibilities
• Refers customers to self-service options as applicable (systems, reports, etc.)
• Completes special projects as assigned
• Performs audits of data entry and correspondence to ensure quality of team’s deliverables
• Ensures that all of the above responsibilities occur in accordance with the Statement of Work and Service Level Agreement with Clients
• Provides operational statistics and escalates operational issues as requested
• Facilitates individual status and team meetings as needed
• Identifies and escalates complex issues to manager
• Supports and sustains a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
• Is receptive to performance feedback and works on improving own skills.
• Maximize the effectiveness of teamwork within the HR Service Centre by providing assistance to other team members in busy periods
• Liaise with other Team Leaders in respect of resource within the HR Service Centre
Knowledge/Skills Requirements
• Experience with ERP processing like Peoplesoft will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HR operation processes and best practices
• Good leadership and coaching skills
• Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Application (Outlook, Excel, Word, PPT) and HR Application (Peoplesoft etc.)

Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management or Business Management Preferred
Excellent English in both Oral & Written, Mandarin (Chinese in both Simple and Traditional Character)
Minimum of 2 years experience in an HR or Customer Service/Project management position, preferably 1+ year in a supervisor role不限
