Develop and implement processes to assure safety and environmental compliance. Direct implementation of KOS.<br>&#61656; Participate in long-range plant expansion, conversion and equipment planning.<br>&#61656; Develop and establish adequate control and reporting system to provide management with sufficient information as to accomplishment, progress, capabilities and/or programs of the manufacturing organization. Maintain operating record necessary to control and analyze manufacturing activities.<br>&#61656; Drive continuous process improvements in safety, ergonomics, quality and cost in the plant and at suppliers. <br>&#61656; Research, evaluate and procure capital equipment required to expand capacity and maintain the facility. <br>&#61656; Personally demonstrate and drive the Kohler Core Competencies throughout the organization.<br>&#61656; Drive performance through the use of Maximizing Performance Appraisal process.<br><br><br>EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS<br><br>Degree in mechanical engineering, Proficient in English and Mandarin. A minimum of seven years of successful manufacturing management or related experience. Experience managing in a western owned company is preferred.<br>不限面议
