Position Title: HR&Admin Supervisor<br><br>Department: HR&Admin Dept<br><br>Report to: GM<br><br>No.of Subordinates: 7<br><br>General Responsibility: Overall responsible for company human resources and administration management, establish effective HR management system, inspire maximum enthusiasm and initiative of staff with minimum investment, optimize HR allocation, and assist the Management to reach operational goals.<br><br>Requirements:<br><br>1.Bachelor or above, HR management/economic management, 30-45years old;<br><br>2.More than 6 years of HR related experience, familiar with processes of HR management,Above 3 years experience as HR manager in foreign company ;<br><br>3.Understand company operational concept and development strategy, familiar with business activities of the company ;<br><br>4.Modern management concept and leadership, be able to lead the team to reach objectives of the organization;<br><br>5.Familiar with process of corporate culture construction and integration;<br><br>6.Ambitious, conscientious, healthy and energetic ;<br><br>7.Equipped with modern HRM knowledge, understand HRM theories, tracking domestic and overseas HRM updates;<br><br>8.Master HRM tools and methods, e.g. basic principle and method for compensation setting and staff quality evaluation, etc;<br><br>9.Familiar with HR market developments and market salary level;<br><br>10.Familiar with local and national HR-related laws and regulations;<br><br>11.Honest and just, be able to keep company secrets, strong professional;<br><br>12.Good communication skills, percipience on staff psychology, good at coordinating and solving complicated relations between the employer and the employee;<br><br>13.Good appetence, strong leadership, organizational and coordinating skills, be able to impact other team members to implement team tasks;<br><br>14.Good command of English, be able to communicate with foreigners fluently.CET-6 or above.</p>
