常州锐进企业管理咨询有限公司<br>模具工程师Tooling Engineer（欧美企业）<br>职位：模具工程师Tooling Engineer（欧美企业）<br><br>Report To: Commodity Manager-Far East<br>Subordinates: None <br>Key Relationships: Suppliers, Design Engineers, Production, Quality, Purchasing.<br> <br>MAIN PURPOSE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<br>1、Manage tooling assets, part qualifications and ROI for purchased tools.<br>2、Improve communication with metal and plastic vendor’s world wide<br>3、Get involved with scheduled meetings for DFM/DFA process as part of new product development (NPD) to reduce cost and improve quality.<br>4、Develop processes and standards for auditing tooling suppliers, quality controls and manufacturing procedures.<br>5、Organize tooling supplier auditing to improve quality<br>6、Research advanced tooling technologies to help improve quality and customer satisfaction<br>7、Develop best in class designs based on historical information<br>8、Committed to work with WW engineers and making sure the correct tooling is purchased for all new products.<br>9、New tooling supplier research and qualification.<br>10、Other work assigned from time to time.<br><br>KEY RESULT AREAS AND CHARACTERISTICS:<br>1、Ensure the business has a positive review and perception of the function<br>2、Detail driven individual with an eye for detail<br>3、Demonstrates a methodical work organization<br>4、Leader in customer service, professional approach to internal and external clients<br>5、Ability to meet deadlines and demonstrates effective time management skills<br>6、Excellent business ethics and integrity <br>7、High confidentiality, tact and discretion when dealing with people<br>8、Demonstrates flexibility in style to meet the requirements or multi-culture<br><br>RELEVANT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:<br>1、BS Mechanical Engineering with specialization in Automotive Industry<br>2、Familiar with all kinds of tooling technologies especially metal stamping and plastic injection.<br>3、At least 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment or R&D Organization in an Automobile industry.
