西依铍科技（成都）有限公司<br>Progressive Metal Stamping Tool Room Supervisor 冲压模具高级主管<br> Reports To: Director of Operations<br>Position Summary:<br>Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in production and repairs of progressive metal stamping tools.Also will be responsible for design layouts of customized metal stampings.<br>Essential Job Functions:<br>Studies customer engineering prints of product and engineering prints of progressive metal stamping tools.<br>Analyzes and resolves or assists tool and die makers in solving progressive metal stamping tooling issues.<br>Visualizes structure and function of progressive metal stamping die and plans operation, applying knowledge of shop mathematics, machining and assembly methods, properties and strip metal under pressure and metal forming presses.<br>Verifies dimensions, clearances, alignment of components in progressive metal stamping tools, using dial indicators, gauge blocks, thickness gauges, and micrometers.<br>Inspects and measures parts to maintain statistical process control charts.<br>Studies production schedules and estimates workers-hour requirements for completion of job assignment.<br>Interprets specifications, engineering prints, and job orders to workers and assigns duties.<br>Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules, using knowledge of capacities of machines and equipment.<br>Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product, and suggests changes in working conditions, and use of equipment to increase efficiency of factory.<br>Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.<br>Maintains time and production records<br>Take part in conference calls with CEP USA engineering to receive instructions on how to solve various tooling issues. <br>Job Qualification Requirements: <br>Training and Experience-Between 2 and 4 years of trade school or vocational education. Between 5 to 20 years work experience in progressive metal stamping tool room.<br>Minimum 5 years experience in managerial role in a progressive metal stamping tool room. Minimum 2 to 3 years of designing progressive metal stamping tools.<br>Previous Work Experience with a high volume precision metal stamping company is required.<br>Written, reading and conversational English is required.<br>The employee may be required to follow other job-related instructions and to perform other job-related duties as requested by management.</p> 不限成都蛟龙工业港双流园区南海大道2段5座
