奥的斯电梯(中国)投资有限公司<br>高级机械工程师 (TJ) / Senior Mechanical Engineer<br>Position Specification:<br>Provide Technical leadership on mechanical design and design qualification for mechanical components and subsystem’s for system integration for new elevator designs and technology development. <br><br>Basic Accountabilities:<br><br>1.Developing concepts of mechanical sub-system.<br>2.Provide direction on system requirements for mechanical sub-system designs.<br>3.Review and create mechanical component & sub-system design requirements.<br>4.Provide Technical leadership on designing mechanical components using OTIS design standards for cost, manufacturing, assembly, reliability and safety.<br>5.Selection of key mechanical components for the mechanical sub-system designs, such as: safeties, governors, door system, guide rail and carframe components.<br>6.Developing qualification plan for the mechanical components and sub-system.<br>7.Support mechanical system calculation and analysis for car weight and layout arrangement <br>8.Integration of elevator mechanical system design, understanding the basic requirement of control fundamentals.<br>9.Leading design review’s of the mechanical sub-system.<br>10.Defining and managing mechanical interfaces.<br>11.Understanding and performing FTA, FMEA, RAMP, RRCA, etc <br>12.Verifying mechanical component level qualification in a system.<br>13.Implementing Root Cause Analysis to analyze test result of mechanical sub-system and components and FTBs.<br>14.Developing and improving design process of mechanical components & sub-system. <br>15.Supporting the elevator certification.<br>16.Providing product support and technical expertise for Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Management, Quality, Field & Service and Marketing.<br>17.Identify, mentor and develop the lower level high potential engineers.<br>Key Measurements:<br>1.Delivery of mechanical components & sub-system design meeting OTIS standards of safety, quality and design.<br>2.Deliver mechanical design’s on time meeting requirements and within cost targets.<br>3.Improvement in design quality through the reduction in design errors and escapes to the field.<br><br>Principle Working Relations:<br>System engineering, Mechanical engineering, Validation engineering, Value engineering,<br>Marketing, Sales, Contract Engineering, Manufacture, Supply Management, Quality <br><br>Qualification Requirement:<br>1.Education & Experience: minimum of a B.Sc with 5 years or a M.Sc with 3 years applicable experience. <br>2.Experienced in elevator design would be and advantage but not necessary.<br>3.Language: CET-4 and above. Good in read, written and spoken English.<br>4.Computer Skills: experienced on AUTOCAD-E, Microsoft OFFICE, Protel and Matlab is preferred. <br>不限面议
