Conducts total site HSE management in order to prevent accidents or injuries giving full support to the Site Manager<br>2. Establishes HSE rules, standards and procedures for field work in compliance with CONTRACTOR’s safety regulations, the Client’s safety requirements, and local regulations.<br>3. Assists the Site Manager in establishing the site safety policy.<br>4. Organizes and presides over the safety committee.<br>5. Ensures corrective action is taken to prevent recurrence of accident/incident.<br>10. Analyses all accident cases to determine the extent of violation of field safety standards, and develops preventive measures to avoid accident recurrence. <br>11. Reviews and comments on SUBCONTRACTOR HSE plan and ensure corrections are made and implemented.<br>12. Supplies insurance claim data, when necessary. <br>13. To provide assistance to the Safety Auditor from the home office when conducting safety audits.<br>14. Initiates and conducts activities to promote safety. <br>15. Conducts safety audits for SUBCONTRACTORs to ensure that their safety program is implemented. <br>16. Reviews and approves monthly safety report and submits it to the Site Manager.<br>17. Prepares final construction close up reports prior to closure of Site Office.<br>18. Implements a complete program to assure security of the site and related facilities.<br>19. Coordinates with the Client regarding security. <br><br>Requirement:<br>1. At lease holding a certificate issued by State Administration of Work Safety.<br>In addition, prossessed engineering degree in any deciplines is preferable<br>2. Undergone any HSEcourse is an advantages.<br>3. At least 10years working experience with over 3 years as HSEaverages position.<br>4.
