AllSat, Inc<br>某世界著名空调制冷公司招聘Lab Engineer /实验室工程师<br>某世界著名空调制冷公司招聘Lab Engineer /实验室工程师<br>Job Title : Lab Engineer Job Code :<br>Reports to (Job) : Engineering Director LOB/Region : GCN Xiamen<br>Business Sponsor : Plant Operation Manager Subregion/Country : China<br>Completed by : Location : Xiamen <br>SUMMARY OF JOB:<br>Lab Engineer will be responsible all the lab routines, inculding test standard implement, confirming the test requirements with engineering team and QA team, test method design, supervise the technicians to set up and conduct the test, test resutls evaluation and analysis for solution, test equipments maintainance and etc. To achieve test purpose as required.<br>ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:<br>% of Time Description of Essential Functions<br>20 Supervises lab technicians who conduct tests on products in accordance with established engineering test standards.<br>15 Reviews test requirements, objectives and test results with QA and/or Engineering Team. <br>10 As directed by QA and/or Engineering Team, assists with design of new test equipment and facilities as needed for product tests.<br>15 Implements tests procedures and uses appropriate test equipment to achieve test objectives as directed by QA and/or Engineering Team.<br>10 Maintains files of all test data.<br>5 Attends training sessions and studies instructional material as may be supplied or recommended.<br>10 Trains laboratory technicians<br>5 Maintains laboratory equipment<br>SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:<br>% of Time Description of Secondary Functions<br>10% Support Engineering team and QA team to solve product defect issues, in order to keep the DPU level within target.<br>SCOPE & SIZE:<br>Reports: 1 <br>JOB QUALIFICATIONS<br>EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:<br> 1. Bachelor Degree in Refrigeration Engineering or equivalent.<br>EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:<br> 1. 5+ years experience in air conditioning industry and 3+ years of lab management experience<br> 2. Experience with refrigeration system optimization.<br>KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 1 – REQUIRED:<br> 1. Knowledge of state-of-the-art psychrometric test chambers and testing methodologies.<br> 2. Familiarity with specifications of test equipments.<br> 3. Problems-solving and troubleshooting abilities to HVAC system.<br> 4.
