Familiar with Non-destructive test (NDT) is required. <br>*Machining experience: Understanding and knowledge of large CNC machine tools, including HBM's, Plano Mills, and VTL (greater than 3m). <br>*BS/MS Mechanical/Welding/Material Degree. Hands-on experience in supplier development - practical manufacturing (shop floor) exposure. Supplier quality management or supplier technical development experience preferred. <br>*Required to work with large fabricated/machined components, similar to those produced in ship, rolling-stock, chemical factory or large automotive industry. <br>*Work experience in power generation equipment (piping and hydraulic/fluid assemblies) from the state owned business is highly valued. <br>*Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills.
