Establish comparison between pre-determined vessel RAOs (Response Amplitude Operators) and actual RAOs<br>&#8226; Preparation and coordination of the equipment Group Loading for each well.<br>&#8226; Provide assistance to the Planning DE in the well programming function.<br>&#8226; Carry out any data collection or trend analysis studies as directed by SDE or PDE.<br>&#8226; Make recommendations to improve well design and operation.<br>&#8226; Ensures proper procedures for services are available and followed.<br>&#8226; Make recommendations on training and skills needed to improve operational efficiency. <br>&#8226; Inspect all equipment and material arriving on the rig versus manifest and material request.<br>&#8226; Capture well site information as required for End of Well Reports.<br>&#8226; Complete technical well documentation (casing/cementing) as directed by Senior Well Supervisor.<br>&#8226; Is a designate to the Night Drilling Supervisor.<br>&#8226; Actively initiates and participates in safety meetings and assists in HSE audits<br>&#8226; Participates in accident/incident investigation and reporting. <br>&#8226; Ensures that all service personnel have received the appropriate HSE training<br>&#8226; Become familiar with regulatory and JOB compliance requirements/frequencies (safety meetings, drills, inspections, BOP checks, etc.).<br><br>QUALIFICATIONS:<br>&#8226; Bachelor of Engineering with 3+ year’s industry experience. <br>&#8226; A good understanding both in well construction design and operations.<br>&#8226; Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.<br>&#8226; Good understanding of casing design.<br>&#8226; Working knowledge of torque / drag and BHA design<br>&#8226; Well cost reporting and AFE generation<br>&#8226; Cementing planning / calculations.<br>&#8226; Hydraulics planning / calculations.<br>&#8226; FOCUS Training or other major contractor’s behavioral safety system<br>&#8226; Proven ability in analysis and documentation<br>&#8226; Fluent in English<br>&#8226; Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills.<br>&#8226; Ability to work effectively as a member of a distributed team with little face to face contact<br>&#8226; First Aid CPR Certification<br><br>This is both an office based and offshore based role.<br><br>不限面议朝阳门南大街14号
